The tutors and I are busy organising workshops for next semester and it’s going to be a massive line up!

We will have workshops and classes available in

I taught a wonderful group of polymer clay newbies

I taught a wonderful group of polymer clay newbies (and a few ‘not so’ newbies wanting to expand their skills) in today’s Polymer 101 Workshop where we focused on faux ceramic pieces.

We covered so many bead making techniques, multiple colouring processes, finishing, jewellery making and a whole lot more!

Next weekend is my last Polymer 101 polymer clay workshop for this semester and we will be focusing on the Faux Ceramic technique.

Learn all about the different brands of polymer clay (and the pros and cons of each), the basics of working with polymer clay (ie. conditioning, baking etc.), what tools you need (and don’t need!) in your polymer tool kit (and how to save money on these), basic finishing techniques, what glue to use (and how to avoid using glue!!), plus more.

You will then create some gorgeous polymer clay jewellery whilst learning how to create several different faux ceramic effects.
You will walk away with multiple jewellery pieces (or pieces ready to be made into jewellery) and the urge to make even more!

Whether you are a complete beginner, someone who wants to further their polymer skills or a polymer artist who just wants to learn the secrets to faux ceramic pieces, this workshop is for you!
