Ordering & Payments


The Online Store is Back!!
Due to Covid, 2020 saw Dani with more time to dedicate to online orders (after sadly having to close the online supply store back in 2017, due to health issues, after 10 years of trading) .  As a result, the online store has been reopened – yay! – and will continue to stay open and grow as stock is continually added. You can now place your orders via the online shopping cart system. Simply add what you wish to your cart and checkout using the easy, secure online system. You can create an account (recommended, so you have access to all your previous orders and wish list function) or you can check out as a guest.

If you are looking for something in particular, or have seen something on social media that you can’t find listed online, please get in contact. Phone, email, text, DM’s, Facebook messenger……Dani checks them all (however if you are in a hurry please either text or email as these are  generally faster).
As always, we’re happy to help you out and new products are arriving all the time.

Please note that once your order has been placed via the website, we can not add to it unless arranged beforehand.

At the moment we are only shipping within Australia and to New Zealand.

Our preferred method for workshop bookings is through the website. Using the inbuilt shopping cart is fast and easy.

To book, simply visit the Workshop Section of the website and select the medium category of the workshop you’d like to book. Then click on the Title of the Workshop listing. This will take you to view more details about the workshop and give you options for booking (ie. selecting deposit or pay in full). You can then ‘Add to Cart’.
When you have finished making your selections, click on the ‘Checkout’ icon on the top right of your page (or the shopping basket icon) and follow the instructions for “checking out”, entering any coupons/gift voucher codes you may have (if applicable).

You may also checkout without creating an account but please keep in mind that your order history will not be saved.

If you choose either of these options please ensure you have all the details of the workshops you wish to book and remember that your deposit must be paid over the phone via credit card or via bank transfer within 48hrs for your booking to be secure.



Payments can be made via:

  • Paypal.Me – You can pay directly to The Whimsical Bead via your Paypal account or Credit Card via our Paypal.Me link.
    Go to http://www.paypal.me/TheWhimsicalBead
  • Credit Card (via Stripe) – enter your card details during checkout directly onto the website via our secure payment gateway.
  • Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard – over the phone)
  • Bank Transfer/Direct Deposit – please note, your payment must clear before your order can be shipped. This can take 2-3 days in some cases, however please feel free to email receipt of payment (to dani@thewhimsicalbead.com.au) and we can send straight away!
  • Cash on Collection

We do not accept personal cheques.
Please note, Paypal and Stripe are the only options for International payments.
