‘Lipsi Garden’ Workshop
$75.00 $150.00
Using beautiful feature ‘face’ cabochons, build your very own ‘Lipsi Garden’ pendant.
You can also make a toggle from beads that will match the floral motif of the pendant. Flowers and beads will add a 3D effect and make a unique pendant ready for wearing.
*Please note, this project will not be completed in class but students will have everything they need to finish this at home.
Date & Time:
Saturday 14th June
10.00am to 4.00pm
The studio will be open from 9.45am.
Please be ready to start your workshop at 10am so that you don’t miss any important information.
Please Note: if you are late to class, you may be asked to wait until a suitable pause in tuition when your tutor will come and get you and catch you up so you do not interrupt the flow of the workshop.
Venue:
The Whimsical Bead
Rear 183 Maroondah Hwy, Healesville VIC 3777
(Entry via Church Street/River Street Carpark)
Tutor:
Paula Gething.
Paula loves to bead … it is how she relaxes, gets creative and learns. Paula has been beading for more than 15 years, and her great thrill is that her passion for beading is being shared with others – either through teaching, sharing her craft or seeing others wear her finished jewellery.
Beading away in her studio, with her current favourite TV show on the iPad, is one of the things Paula loves to do!
With a cup of peppermint tea and loads of lovely shiny things to play with, it’s how she likes to spend her time.
Paula creates under the business name ‘On a String’.
Skill Level:
This class is for intermediate beaders.
An understanding of peyote stitch and cubic right angle weave would be helpful.
Cost:
$150 plus a kit fee of $50 (payable to Paula on the day)
All beads, flowers and centre cabochon will be included in the kits.
Students can choose prior to the class from a selection of ‘one off’ cabochons, by liaising with Paula prior to the class.
Kits will be matched to the colours of the pendants.

Why Do a Workshop with Us?
