Gel Press Explorations on Polymer Clay

$50.00 $120.00

Learn all about Gel Press/Gelli Plates, how this technique is traditionally used and how it can be adapted for use with polymer clay.

Leanne will not only show students how to create colourful, abstract veneers with polymer clay, paints and inks by incorporating stencils, masks, stamps and other readily available objects into their designs, she will also show students how to care for their gel press, fill bezels with patterns sheets to create beautiful jewellery and basic ways to finish pieces.

Please note: the focus of this workshop is primarily to create veneers/pattern sheets however students will have the opportunity to take home a finished piece if they desire.

Please Note : Photos are for inspiration only. Students will be encouraged to create their own designs with assistance from Leanne.

This class will run with a maximum of 10 students.
