The Whimsical Bead

‘Captured Cabochons’

$50.00 $120.00

In this brand new workshop, Karen will teach students how to bead around a cabochon of any shape to make a beautiful focal piece for a necklace.
You will learn/revise flat Right Angle Weave and peyote in the round. You will also learn the herringbone chain and how to make a beaded toggle. All of these combined will create a beautiful necklace.
You will not finish this piece in its entirety on the day however you will leave with all the skill required to do at home as well as Karen’s contact details.

Did you know you can also treat this session as a Tutored Access or Catch Up Session.
Did you miss one of Karen’s previous beading workshops? If you let us know upon booking you can use this session as a catch up one (one project per workshop).
Perhaps you’ve got a kit or a project that you’re stuck on? Let us know upon booking and you can bring it along for Karen to help you out with.  Maybe you just want to spend the day creating with other beaders? That’s no problem too!

This class will run with a maximum of 10 students
