Mandala Drawing Workshop (July)

$50.00 $105.00

In this workshop, Rene will teach students the fundamental principles of drawing mandalas using both mathematical principles and going completely organic.
You will use repetition of shape to create a unique mandala and learn about the best materials to use for practice and for creating a final product.

You will walk away with a partially or completely finished mandala (depending on your design choice), a template for creating the starting circular pattern, the skills to create your own template, a set of tools, good quality pigment ink pens, and the workshop instructions.

Disclaimer from The Artist (Rene Hahn) | “Mandalas are Buddhist, Hindu, Tibetan and Native America devotional images. They can be found in many other cultures. I am not a member of any of these religions or cultures or an expert in their mandalas. This workshop explores my interpretation of mandala drawing. I acknowledge the history and religious significance of mandalas with no wish to culturally appropriate them”.
