Ordering & Payments

ORDERING

Unfortunately due to health reasons, as of 1st July 2017 (and after 10 years of trading online), we will be closing the online supply store. This was not an easy decision and one that was not taken lightly.

We are very much still open for business and we are hoping you’ll come and visit the studio for your supplies.
If you can’t make it here we’re also taking order via phone, email, text and Facebook messenger, so please get in touch.
As always, we’re happy to help you out and new products are still arriving all the time – in fact there are more products than ever before (and more unique and limited items).

Please note however, that we are not a retail establishment and therefore not open to the public every day due to other commitments. We open for select days (usually when we host workshops) and these days can be found on our Opening Hours page. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to make an appointment to come and visit the studio where you can browse and purchase. Please contact Dani to organise a convenient time.

WORKSHOP BOOKINGS

Our preferred method of workshop bookings is through the website and using the inbuilt shopping cart is fast and easy.

To book, simply visit the Workshop Section of the website and select the medium category of the workshop you’d like to book. Then click on the “Add to Cart” button found under each workshop. You can also view more detail on the workshop by clicking on the workshop name or its graphic. When finished making your selections click on the ‘Checkout’ icon on the top right of your page and follow the instructions for “checking out”, entering any coupons/gift voucher codes you may have (if applicable).

You may also checkout without creating an account but please keep in mind that your order history will not be saved.

If you prefer, you can email (dani@thewhimsicalbead.com.au) or telephone (ph. 0412 662 179) your bookings through to us. If you choose either of these options please ensure you have all the details of the workshops you wish to book and remember that deposits must be paid over the phone via credit card.

 

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made via:

  • Paypal.Me – You can pay direct to The Whimsical Bead via your Paypal account or Credit Card via our Paypal.Me link.

  • Credit Card (via Paypal – sales@thewhimsicalbead.com.au)
  • Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard – over the phone)
  • Bank Transfer/Direct Deposit – please note, your payment must clear before your order can be confirmed (or shipped if applicable).
    This usually takes 2-3 days however please feel free to email remittance.
